About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as an Emergency Staff Nurse, providing crucial care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide immediate nursing care to patients presenting with medical and surgical emergencies.
- Perform rapid patient assessment, triage, and prioritize care based on severity.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, oxygen, and emergency interventions as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures, resuscitation, and trauma management.
- Continuously monitor vital signs and patient condition, reporting changes promptly.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and emergency records.
- Ensure infection control, patient safety, and emergency preparedness at all times.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- BSC Nursing qualification.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in emergency nursing.
- Strong decision-making, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
