What You'll Be Doing:
- Assess and manage critically ill patients, including emergency, post-operative, and multi-organ failure cases.
- Prescribe and administer medications, fluids, and therapies as per ICU protocols.
- Monitor patient progress using vital signs, lab results, and clinical observations, adjusting treatment as needed.
- Perform or supervise critical procedures such as intubation and central line insertion.
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop individualized care plans.
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior doctors and staff nurses.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- GNM / BSC Nursing qualification.
- Strong skills in Surgical Instruments Management, Attention to Detail, Team Work, and Ability to Work Under Pressure.
