Your Core Responsibilities:
- Assist cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Prepare and maintain a sterile field in the cath lab throughout procedures.
- Arrange, handle, and pass sterile instruments, catheters, and devices.
- Ensure proper preparation and availability of required equipment and consumables.
- Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
- Monitor patient condition and assist in emergency situations during procedures.
- Coordinate with cath lab technicians and circulating nurses for smooth workflow.
- Assist in counting, handling, and disposal of instruments and sharps safely.
- Document procedure-related details accurately as per protocols.
