About the Role:
As an OT Incharge, you will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the Operation Theatre complex, ensuring seamless coordination among various surgical staff.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan and coordinate OT schedules with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff.
- Ensure availability and proper functioning of OT equipment and instruments.
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
- Supervise OT staff including nurses, technicians, and support personnel.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH/JCI standards, and safety norms.
- Manage inventory, sterilization, and storage of OT supplies.
- Handle OT documentation, records, and audits.
