About the Role:
Join EMC Hospital as a Sr. Consultant-Surgical Oncology and enhance patient care through surgical excellence.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with various solid malignancies.
- Perform complex oncological surgeries following evidence-based protocols.
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards with oncologists.
- Develop individualized surgical treatment plans and perioperative care pathways.
- Ensure high standards of safety, surgical outcomes, and infection control.
- Supervise and mentor junior surgeons and OT staff.
- Manage preoperative assessments and long-term oncological follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation complying with NABH standards.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB in Surgical Oncology.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in surgical oncology.
- Strong attention to detail, patient care, communication, and problem-solving skills.
