About the Role:
Join EMC Hospital as a Sr. Consultant in Medical Oncology and make a significant impact on patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose, evaluate, and manage patients with solid tumors and hematological malignancies.
- Plan and administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormonal treatments.
- Lead multidisciplinary tumor boards and coordinate care with surgical and radiation oncology teams.
- Monitor treatment response, manage chemotherapy-related toxicities, and provide supportive care.
- Supervise junior oncologists, residents, oncology nurses, and chemotherapy day-care operations.
- Ensure compliance with NABH protocols, clinical guidelines, and patient safety standards.
- Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, prognosis, and follow-up care.
- Participate in clinical research, audits, and continuous medical education activities.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB in Medical Oncology and 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Attention to detail, strong communication, and excellent problem-solving skills.
