Your Core Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage complex neurosurgical conditions involving brain, spine, and peripheral nerves.
- Perform advanced neurosurgical procedures including trauma, tumor, vascular, and spine surgeries.
- Provide round-the-clock emergency neurosurgical care and critical decision-making support.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary care with neurology, anesthesia, ICU, and rehabilitation teams.
- Supervise junior neurosurgeons, residents, and operation theatre staff.
- Interpret neuroimaging (CT, MRI, angiography) and plan appropriate surgical interventions.
- Ensure adherence to NABH guidelines, patient safety standards, and ethical medical practices.
- Counsel patients and families regarding surgical options, risks, outcomes, and post-operative care.
