- Collaborate with nephrologists, surgeons, nurses, and diagnostic teams for seamless transplant case management.
- Maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and organ transplantation regulations.
- Facilitate communication among donors, recipients, and the transplant team.
- Monitor post-operative progress and coordinate follow-up appointments.
