Your Core Responsibilities:
- Examine and diagnose diseases through laboratory analysis of blood, tissue, and body fluids.
- Perform histopathology, cytology, and molecular diagnostic procedures.
- Interpret laboratory results and provide accurate diagnostic reports.
- Ensure quality control, standardization, and compliance with lab protocols.
- Collaborate with clinicians for diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor laboratory technicians and junior staff.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
- Implement and monitor laboratory safety and infection control protocols.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- DNB in Pathology
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
