Your Core Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients in ICU settings.
- Monitor and manage patients with multi-organ failure, sepsis, trauma, and post-surgical complications.
- Perform advanced airway management, mechanical ventilation, and hemodynamic support.
- Interpret lab results, imaging, and bedside monitoring for rapid decision-making.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff.
- Manage life-support equipment, invasive lines, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate ICU records, documentation, and follow hospital protocols.
