About the Role:
Join EMC Hospital, Batala as an Associate Consultant in Hematology. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing and managing patients with a range of hematological disorders.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage patients with benign and malignant hematological disorders.
- Provide inpatient and outpatient hematology consultations.
- Manage anemia, bleeding disorders, thrombotic conditions, and hematologic malignancies.
- Interpret peripheral smears, bone marrow reports, and specialized hematology tests.
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment and transfusion plans.
- Supervise chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care as applicable.
- Manage hematologic emergencies and treatment-related complications.
- Collaborate with oncology, pathology, and multidisciplinary care teams.
