About the Role:
Join our team as a Senior Resident in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Kailash Hospital. You'll play a pivotal role in providing advanced clinical care to critically ill patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide advanced clinical care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor patient vitals, manage ventilators, and administer life-saving interventions.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage complex medical cases under ICU protocols.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, consultants, and allied health staff.
- Participate in rounds, document patient progress, and maintain accurate ICU records.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A degree in MBBS.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in critical care.
- Skills in critical care, decision-making, coordination, and documentation.
