About the Role: Join our team at Abrol Hospital as a Senior Consultant in Urology, where you will lead the diagnosis and surgical management of complex urological conditions.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform advanced urological procedures including endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open surgeries.
- Conduct OPD consultations, inpatient rounds, and manage urological emergencies.
- Oversee pre-operative evaluations and develop individualized treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with nephrology, oncology, and critical care teams for comprehensive patient management.
- Mentor and supervise associate consultants, residents, and OT staff.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB in Urology or equivalent qualifications.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team.
