About the Role:
Join Abrol Hospital as a Senior Consultant in Gastro Surgery and lead the surgical management of complex gastrointestinal conditions.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform advanced open and laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgeries.
- Conduct OPD consultations, inpatient rounds, and manage GI surgical emergencies.
- Plan comprehensive pre-operative evaluations and tailored surgical strategies.
- Oversee post-operative care and ICU management.
- Collaborate with gastroenterology, oncology, radiology, and critical care teams.
- Mentor associate consultants, residents, and OT staff.
- Ensure adherence to surgical protocols and quality standards.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB qualification in Gastro Surgery.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a commitment to patient care.
