About the Role: Join our team at Kohli Hospital as an Associate Consultant in Anaesthesia.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist senior anesthesiologists in providing perioperative anesthesia care for surgical patients.
- Conduct pre-operative patient assessments and evaluate medical histories and risk factors.
- Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia during surgeries and monitor patient response.
- Manage intraoperative vital signs, airway management, and fluid therapy.
- Provide post-operative care including pain management and recovery monitoring.
- Handle anesthesia-related emergencies in the OR, ICU, and emergency department.
- Collaborate with surgeons, critical care, and nursing teams for patient safety.
- Interpret diagnostic reports and laboratory investigations relevant to anesthesia planning.
- Maintain accurate anesthesia records, follow hospital protocols, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A DM degree in Anaesthesia.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent patient care abilities, effective communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
