About the Role:
Join Kohli Hospital, Dhariwal, as an Associate Consultant in Hematology. In this pivotal role, you will assist senior hematologists in diagnosing and managing blood disorders.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct OPD consultations, inpatient rounds, and emergency hematology cases.
- Evaluate and treat patients with anemia, clotting disorders, leukemia, lymphoma, and other hematologic conditions.
- Plan and oversee treatments such as blood transfusions, chemotherapy, and bone marrow procedures.
- Interpret laboratory tests, bone marrow reports, and peripheral smear findings.
- Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Coordinate with oncology, pathology, and critical care teams for multidisciplinary management.
- Provide patient counseling on disease, treatment, and lifestyle considerations.
