About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage patients with psychiatric and mental health disorders.
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental status examinations and risk evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy.
- Provide care for outpatient, inpatient, and emergency psychiatric cases.
- Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient management.
- Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and clinical staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and documentation.
