About the Role:
Join Dr Manu Raj Memorial PMC Hospital as an Associate Consultant - Anaesthesia in Sujanpur, Punjab.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Administer safe and effective anesthesia for elective and emergency surgeries.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments, evaluating patient fitness and comorbidities.
- Plan and provide anesthesia tailored to surgical procedures and patient needs.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and manage intra-operative hemodynamics.
- Provide post-operative care, including pain management and recovery monitoring.
- Assist in critical care management in ICU, including ventilator support and resuscitation.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams for patient safety.
- Supervise and mentor junior anesthetists, residents, and support staff.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A DNB in Anaesthesia.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Skills in attention to detail, patient care, team working, communication, and problem solving.
