About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage patients with hematological disorders, including anemia and leukemia.
- Conduct outpatient and inpatient consultations.
- Interpret laboratory investigations like CBC and flow cytometry.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy and transfusions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
- Supervise and mentor junior doctors and lab staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
