What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage critically ill patients in ICU and high-dependency units.
- Perform comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Supervise ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and organ support.
- Lead emergency response and resuscitation for critical cases.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care with specialists and nursing teams.
- Guide and supervise junior doctors and critical care staff.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols accordingly.
- Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, infection control, and patient safety.
