Surgical Oncologist

About the Role:

Join Ujala Cygnus Healthcare Services as a Surgical Oncologist and play a crucial role in patient care.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with solid organ cancers.
• Plan and perform curative, palliative and reconstructive cancer surgeries.
• Conduct pre-operative assessment, tumor staging and surgical planning.
• Provide post-operative care including wound management, pain control and complication management.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor board meetings to form treatment strategies.
• Coordinate with Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Pathologists and Radiologists.
• Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, risks and prognosis.
• Monitor patients during follow-up for recurrence and long-term outcomes.
