What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage patients with solid tumors requiring surgical intervention.
- Perform complex oncologic surgeries, including resections, laparoscopic procedures, and reconstructive surgeries.
- Evaluate patients pre- and post-operatively to ensure optimal surgical outcomes.
- Manage perioperative care and coordinate with ICU for critical patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, and radiology.
- Monitor patient progress, manage complications, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Mentor and train junior surgeons, residents, and fellows in oncologic surgical techniques.
- Maintain accurate surgical records and ensure adherence to hospital protocols.
