About the Role:
Join Dr Manu Raj Memorial PMC Hospital as a Senior Consultant-Urology where you will provide comprehensive urological care to patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose, treat, and follow up with urological patients.
- Perform advanced urological surgeries including endourology, laparoscopy, and open procedures.
- Evaluate and manage outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and referral cases in urology.
- Lead and mentor junior urologists, residents, and nursing staff.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans and clinical protocols.
- Manage complex urological conditions and surgical complications effectively.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and tumor boards as required.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, ethical standards, and patient safety guidelines.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A DNB in Urology.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in urology.
- Strong skills in patient care, attention to detail, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
