What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide expert care in advanced laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgical procedures.
- Evaluate patients to determine suitability for laparoscopic interventions.
- Perform complex laparoscopic surgeries, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Lead and mentor junior surgeons and OT staff in laparoscopic techniques.
- Manage pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care.
- Handle surgical complications with expert clinical decision-making.
- Adhere to established clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and treatment planning.
