About the Role:
Join our team as a Consultant Pathologist, playing a vital role in patient care at Metropolis Healthcare Ltd.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform and interpret routine and specialized pathology tests.
- Examine blood, tissue, and body fluid samples for diagnosis.
- Validate, authorize and release laboratory reports.
- Ensure quality control and accuracy of test results.
- Supervise laboratory staff and daily lab operations.
- Coordinate with clinicians for clinical correlation.
- Maintain documentation and comply with NABL standards.
- Participate in audits and continuous quality improvement activities.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MD/DNB in Pathology.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a clinical pathology setting.
- Skills in quality control, communication, clinical pathology, and time management.
