What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform and report diagnostic pathology investigations.
• Examine and interpret blood, tissue, and body fluid samples.
• Validate and authorize laboratory test reports.
• Ensure quality control and accuracy of lab results.
• Guide lab technicians and supervise lab operations.
• Coordinate with clinicians for clinical correlation.
• Ensure compliance with NABL and lab standards.
• Participate in audits, documentation, and quality improvement activities.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• An MD in Pathology and up to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills, quality control knowledge, and proficiency in biochemistry.
• Excellent time management skills.
