About the Role: Join Dr Manu Raj Memorial PMC Hospital as a Sr. Consultant in Psychiatry, where your expertise will contribute to the mental well-being of patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and management of psychiatric and mental health disorders.
- Treat conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders.
- Evaluate patients in OPD, IPD, emergency, and crisis settings.
- Develop individualized treatment plans including psychotherapy, pharmacotherapy, and psychosocial interventions.
- Lead and mentor junior psychiatrists, residents, and mental health professionals.
- Manage psychiatric emergencies and complex cases with multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Work closely with psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare providers for holistic care.
- Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines, patient safety, and ethical standards.
