About the Role:
Join Abrol Hospital as an Associate Consultant in Plastic Surgery, where you can make a significant impact on patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage patients requiring reconstructive, aesthetic, and microsurgical procedures.
- Perform surgeries including trauma reconstruction, burn management, hand surgery, and cosmetic procedures.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and plan individualized surgical treatment.
- Monitor post-operative recovery and provide follow-up care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including orthopedic, ENT, and maxillofacial surgeons.
- Manage surgical emergencies such as complex wounds and traumatic injuries.
- Counsel patients on procedure expectations, risks, and post-surgical care.
- Maintain detailed surgical records and adhere to hospital protocols.

- A DNB in Plastic Surgery.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, patient care, and communication skills.
