About the Role:
Join Abrol Hospital as an Associate Consultant in Medical Oncology to make an impact on cancer care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in the diagnosis and management of patients with solid and hematological malignancies.
- Plan and administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormonal treatments under supervision.
- Monitor treatment response, manage therapy-related toxicities, and provide supportive care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and oncology care planning.
- Manage inpatient and outpatient oncology services, including follow-up care.
- Collaborate with surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and palliative care teams.
- Maintain accurate treatment records, chemotherapy protocols, and clinical documentation.
- Provide patient and family counseling regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A DNB in Medical Oncology.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong skills in attention to detail, patient care, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
