What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage patients with blood disorders.
- Conduct OPD, IPD, and emergency hematology consultations.
- Perform and interpret investigations such as CBC and bone marrow examination.
- Develop and monitor treatment plans including chemotherapy and blood transfusions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
- Supervise and mentor junior doctors and laboratory staff.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and patient safety standards.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A DNB in Critical Care Medicine.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail, patient care, team working, communication, and problem-solving skills.
