About the Role:
Join Masadir HR Services Private Limited as a Nephrologist in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and treat patients with kidney-related disorders.
- Provide OPD, IPD, and emergency nephrology consultations.
- Manage hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis units.
- Handle ICU nephrology cases, including CRRT.
- Manage renal transplant patients (pre- and post-transplant care).
- Interpret laboratory investigations, imaging, and renal biopsies.
- Coordinate with Urology, ICU, and Transplant teams.
- Counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans and prognosis.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records.
- Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, and academic activities.
- Ensure adherence to ethical practices and hospital protocols.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DrNB/DM/DNB qualification.
- 0 to 10 years of experience in nephrology.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and team coordination.
