About the Role: Join Chitransh Technologies as a Senior Resident in ENT, where you’ll make a significant impact on patient care in Cuttack, Odisha.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage patients with ear, nose, throat, and head & neck disorders.
- Perform and assist in both minor and major ENT surgical procedures.
- Conduct outpatient, inpatient, and emergency ENT care.
- Supervise and guide junior residents, interns, and nursing staff.
- Participate in patient rounds, case assessments, and treatment planning.
- Interpret diagnostic investigations including audiometry and imaging studies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Participate in departmental teaching and seminars.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MS in ENT.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
