About the Role:
Join Alvis Hospital as a Sr. Consultant/Urology, where your expertise will make a difference in patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage patients with urinary tract and male reproductive disorders, including kidney, bladder, prostate, and urethral conditions.
- Plan and perform urological surgeries, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, robotic, and open procedures.
- Conduct outpatient consultations, inpatient rounds, and emergency urological care.
- Collaborate with nephrologists, oncologists, anesthesiologists, ICU teams, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including monitoring complications and long-term follow-up.
- Maintain accurate patient records, surgical logs, and treatment documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest urology techniques, clinical guidelines, and research developments.
- Mentor and train residents, fellows, and junior doctors in urological procedures.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A DNB in Urology.
- 1 to 5 years of clinical experience.
- Strong skills in patient care, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork.
