About the Role:
Join Jagannath Gupta Institute Of Medical Sciences And Hospital as a Critical Care Doctor and provide exemplary care to critically ill patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in ICU.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with life-threatening conditions.
- Manage ventilators, oxygen therapy, and advanced life-support systems.
- Perform invasive and non-invasive procedures (intubation, central lines, arterial lines).
- Monitor vital parameters, lab results, and patient response to treatment.
- Lead and participate in code blue, resuscitation, and emergency care.
- Coordinate with consultants, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other departments.
- Maintain detailed ICU documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Counsel patients’ families regarding condition, prognosis, and treatment plans.
- Follow hospital protocols, infection control policies, and patient safety standards.
