- Assist the Nursing Superintendent in managing daily nursing operations across all departments.
- Supervise nursing staff, duty rosters, shift schedules, and manpower allocation.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
- Implement and monitor nursing protocols and accreditation standards (NABH/JCI).
- Oversee infection control practices and patient safety measures.
- Organize induction, training, and continuous skill development programs for nurses.
- Coordinate with doctors, administration, and HR for smooth clinical operations.
- Handle audits, documentation, staff performance reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A BSc/MSc in Nursing or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in nursing management.
