About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced ICU Nurse to join our dedicated team at Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences (SRMSIMS) in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide continuous care and monitoring for critically ill patients.
- Operate and manage ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps.
- Assess patient condition and report changes to the medical team.
- Maintain infection control practices and patient safety standards.
- Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies.
- Handle code blue situations and perform CPR when required.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes and patient records.
- Support patients and families with care information.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A valid nursing degree.
- 0 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong skills in documentation, teamwork, and communication.
