As a Quality Nurse Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of nursing care and patient safety.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve the quality of nursing care and patient safety.
- Ensure compliance with hospital quality standards and accreditation (NABH/JCI).
- Lead quality improvement projects and nursing audits.
- Develop, implement, and review nursing quality policies and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions on quality, patient safety, and documentation.
- Analyze nursing quality indicators and performance trends.
- Maintain records of audits, incident reports, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams on quality initiatives.
- Recommend corrective measures for identified gaps in nursing practices.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- BSc/MSc in Nursing.
- Excellent documentation and team leadership skills.
- Strong risk management and quality improvement capabilities.
- 0 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
