About the Role:
As a Ward Staff Nurse at Signature Advanced Super Multispeciality Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing patient care in the hospital ward.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide daily nursing care to patients admitted in the ward.
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake-output, and patient conditions.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
- Perform wound dressing, catheter care, and other basic nursing procedures.
- Assist patients with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort needs.
- Prepare patients for investigations, procedures, and surgery.
- Observe patients for any changes in condition and inform the doctor promptly.
- Maintain accurate nursing records, charts, and ward registers.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, diet, and discharge instructions.
- Follow hospital policies, infection control guidelines, and patient safety standards.
