About the Role:
Join Kailash Hospital, Dehradun as a Sr. Consultant/Consultant-Pathology and play a pivotal role in patient diagnostics.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee and conduct diagnostic laboratory investigations across hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and histopathology.
- Interpret lab results accurately and provide detailed pathology reports to clinicians.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with laboratory standards and protocols.
- Supervise laboratory staff, including technologists and junior pathologists.
- Collaborate with clinical teams for accurate diagnosis and patient management.
- Perform specialized tests, including molecular, cytopathology, and immunohistochemistry as required.
- Maintain laboratory records, documentation, and report archival systems.
