About the Role:
Join Jagannath Gupta Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital (JIMSH) as an ITU Technician in Kolkata, West Bengal.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of ITU/ICU medical equipment.
- Monitor and ensure proper functioning of ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, and other devices.
- Support nurses and doctors during critical care procedures and emergencies.
- Calibrate and troubleshoot medical equipment to maintain accuracy and safety.
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure infection control and sterilization standards for equipment and the ITU environment.
- Assist in patient monitoring and data recording as directed by medical staff.
- Coordinate with biomedical engineering and technical support teams for equipment issues.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB in Critical Care Medicine.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
