About the Role:
Join Padmini Care Hospital as a Nursing NICU Incharge in Cuttack, Odisha.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervise and manage NICU nursing staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
- Ensure round-the-clock high-quality care for critically ill neonates.
- Monitor vital signs, ventilator support, and other critical interventions for neonates.
- Coordinate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and allied departments for patient care.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A BSc Nursing degree.
- 1 to 5 years of work experience in a relevant clinical setting.
- Strong team management, decision making, and communication skills.
