What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in supervising and coordinating nursing staff, including senior staff nurses, staff nurses, and junior nurses.
- Monitor adherence to hospital policies, nursing protocols, and patient care standards.
- Oversee staff scheduling, leave management, and workload distribution in consultation with the Nursing Superintendent.
- Ensure proper documentation of nursing care, patient records, and departmental reports.
- Support training, mentoring, and performance appraisal of nursing staff.
