About the Role: As a Deputy Nursing Superintendent, you will play a vital role in supporting the Nursing Superintendent in managing overall nursing operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervise and guide nursing staff across wards, ICUs, and specialty units.
- Ensure implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Monitor patient care standards and ensure adherence to quality and safety guidelines.
- Assist in staff scheduling, duty rosters, and resource allocation.
