MBBS Doctor
About the Role: The Doctor will play a crucial role in empowering the underprivileged through structured training and capacity-building activities for PHC-level healthcare staff. What You'll Be Doing: Conduct trainings for PHC ANM and MPHW staff as per the defined module and schedule. Visit PHCs and Sub-PHCs within the district and provide on-ground handholding support. Guide participants on improving documentation accuracy and maintaining required reporting formats. Document success stories and best practices from the field. Maintain individual progress cards for each trained participant. Analyze pre- and post-training test data to improve training delivery. Coordinate with the media team to create IEC materials in English and Marathi. Prepare training forms including pre/post-test forms, feedback forms, registration sheets, and progress cards. Develop KPIs to identify high-performing candidates. Conduct monthly review meetings with the District Health Officer and share project updates. Our Ideal Candidate Has: MBBS degree is mandatory. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience. Ability to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required). Proficiency in Marathi (Required). Medical License/Registration number to practice as a Doctor (Required).
